What if you let yourself be loved?
This was the message that was taped to my chair after Jen Lemen and Andrea Scher’s powerful presentation at WDS.
What if you let yourself be loved?
How does that change your world? How does it change the way you approach challenges? How does that change the way you approach your relationships?
If you allow yourself to be loved, all that self-criticism goes out the door. Doubt and anxiety fly out with it too.
If you allow yourself to be loved, you come face to face with your Enough-ness and stand proudly in it.
If you allowed yourself to be loved, you wouldn’t second-guess your instincts and you intuition.
If you allowed yourself to be loved, you’d take compliments at face value.
If you allowed yourself to be loved, you’d be taken care of and soothed in your times of need.
Today my challenge for you is to let yourself be loved.
Fully and unabashedly.
Stop making things hard on yourself. Let go and let yourself be loved.
