BIG, exciting news, y’all – it’s Polka Dot Coaching’s 1 year anniversary!!

One year ago, as my life coaching certification course drew to a close, I began thinking about who I really wanted to help as a life coach. It didn’t take me long to come to the conclusion that I wanted to help other young women like me. Women who, like me, felt stuck in their lives. Who knew they were destined for something awesome but were unsure of how to take the steps to get there. I wanted to be a resource for young women struggling with the dreaded Quarter Life Crisis. I wanted to help people connect the dots. And so 1 year ago, I started out on this fabulous journey with this post.

In the past year, there have been ups & downs, laughs & tears, lots of learning & loads of love. I know one thing is for sure though, I could not have kept on going if it weren’t for you.
