Happy Friday Folks! It’s been a busy week around these parts. I’ve been playing a bit of catch-up this week after my digital sabbatical last week. I’m still easing back into Twitter and Facebook and Blog Readers – oh my! And I’m trying to be much more selective of what occupies my time so these wrap-ups may start to evolve into something different. Still not sure what yet so stay tuned!
Anyway, enough of my ramblings. Let’s get into some of the happenings around the net that made me say ‘A-ha!’ Or just made me giggle uncontrollably.
Web Time Wasters – Ok. I realize the irony of sending you to another wrap-up post during my own wrap-up post but Sarah Von hit upon some goodies here. Be sure to check out the New Spider Girl and How to Fabulous in 3 Easy Steps.
Building a Basic Work Wardrobe – Stepping into the corporate world is hard enough without also having to worry about what to wear. Here’s a simple approach to building your work wardrobe without breaking the bank.
99 Problems, But a Ranking System Ain’t One – Good post from J.M. Henderson (whose first name I know but still refer to as JMH in my head) about developing a ranking system so that seemingly urgent but non-important tasks don’t take up all of your time and energy.
The Great Unwashed - Apparently there are a growing number of Americans who do not shower every day. Here’s an interesting look into their world.
Kingston the Mini Pig – I have a small obsession with smaller than usual objects. A tiny spoon, an itty bitty jar, a Yorkshire Terrier – all things that make me jump up and down and clap my hands. So when I saw this video of Kingston the Mini Pig on Jane has a Job, I nearly peed my pants.
Have a good weekend, cupcakes!
